With the latest update to Google Chrome and Flash, MySpeed for Mac has stopped working with Google Chrome with both PepperFlash and Adobe Flash.

Google Chrome PepperFlash Does Not Stay Disabled

Update March 18th, 2013: As of Version 25.0.1364.97 released on February 21st, 2013, PepperFlash will now retain the disabled setting and this issue should no longer apply.  However, MySpeed for Mac users should download the latest MySpeed for Mac referenced below and should still disable PepperFlash according to the instructions on this site.

Poor Audio Quality with Google Chrome

As of Chrome v24.0.1312.57 released on January 30th, Chrome has changed the way it handles the audio buffer size and this has caused audio quality problems for many users, even those not using MySpeed.  Read more to see some options.

MySpeed for Windows Version 3 does not work with Google Chrome

As of Chrome version 24.0.1312.57 released on January 30th, 2013, MySpeed for Windows Version 3 is no longer compatible with Google Chrome. You can check your MySpeed version by right-clicking on the MySpeed icon in your system tray and select "About Enounce MySpeed" from the menu.  If you still have MySpeed Version 3, your only options are to Upgrade to MySpeed Version 5 or use a different Browser, such as, Firefox or Internet Explorer.

MySpeed for Windows does not work with Internet Explorer 64-bit

MySpeed is not compatible with the 64-bit version of Internet Explorer.  The solution is to simply run the 32-bit version of Internet Explorer.  You can select the 32-bit version of Internet Explorer from the start menu by following these instructions.
