Microsoft recently released Internet Explorer to version 11. Internet Explorer 11 enables Enhanced Protected Mode by default. You will need to manually disable Enhanced Protected Mode in order for any IE Add-Ons including MySpeed to work.

Apple will soon release version 6.1 of the Safari web browser which is not compatible with legacy versions of MySpeed (version 1.4 and earlier). Safari 6.1 is fully compatible with MySpeed Version 5 (released Sept 1st, 2013).
